MR Inventory is a family-owned business located in South East of London, operating since 2018. Our qualified inventory clerks provide our clients with detailed and accurate inventory reports.
We operate across all London areas ( zones 1-6). We provide immediate feedback on the condition of the property. Likewise, we guarantee photos with accurate evidence of defects on the property, and we monitor the internal process until the delivery of the final report.
A complete and detailed report of the property is produced that includes the:
– All the structures of the property, such as walls, ceilings, woodwork, fixtures and fixings, appliances, and furniture
– Meter readings taken
– Smoke alarms are tested
– Keys are tested and recorded on the inventory report
This is when we meet the landlord and tenants for the first time at the property, and a full and comprehensive assessment of the property is carried out, including:

A mid-term inspection is recommended at around 3-6 months into a new tenancy or tenant swap. It gives your tenant ample time to address any problems early on and provides you with an up-to-date status of your property before the next end of the tenancy.
